Rates
Double-occupancy (up to two guests in same bedroom) includes full breakfast each morning, TV and internet, use of exercise room, private hot tub or jacuzzi, private entrances and off-street parking. Our rental car may be available to you at $100/day plus sales tax. Call for details.
Payment Method
Local tax added at checkout. A non-refundable deposit via credit card equal to one night's stay is required when making a reservation. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Early departure is considered a cancellation and guests will be charged for the full amount. 
Local Transportation Option
Guests have several transportation options: public bus, taxi, rental car. Optionally, a Raven's Peek rental vehicle may be available for your use at $100/day plus sales tax. Please call 907-738-0140 or email arcticdoc1@gmail.com for details. Airport/ferry pickup and return service is included.
Check-In/Out
In most instances the room(s) will be ready for your arrival by 3:00 PM. Please plan your departure not later than 11:00 AM. Other times may be possible so give us a call or email for details.
